No. Our cameras communicate with other devices only using the ANDROID/IOS app. Therefore, if you need to have the dental pictures on your computer, you can easily send them from your ANDROID/IOS device. No worries, it's super easy and no time-consuming!
Yes. It's excellent to use disinfectant wipes to clean the lens! No damages will occur to the lens itself.
You can find a disposable transparent cover for the lens very easily in the dental market. Therefore we believe the cost for disposable sleeves does not worth the benefits. Anyway, if you can't find disposable sleeves we can provide you, please contact us at info@seenview.com
Seen products come with 12 months manufacturer's warranty. If you believe any item is defective or damaged in transit, we sincerely apologize. We do not cover damages caused by the typical daily usage of the cameras. Please contact us immediately at info@seenview.com.

You will receive your order straight at your doorstep in 7 business days. Due to COVID-19, deliveries might be delayed from 2 to 4 days.
We ship Worldwide, and we might send from outside of your country using different couriers to complete your order's delivery. We can upload only 1 tracking number in the system, and we usually upload the last mile delivery code.
