Returns and Refunds (if applicable):
If you would like to return your item please contact us at refund@seenview.com. State your name, order number, and the reason for your return.
To be eligible for a refund you should contact us within 30 days of delivery and the item should be unused and in new condition (including undamaged packaging). Unboxed and used items are not eligible for a full refund.
If you opt to return an item we will issue you with either a store credit or refund for the same amount, depending on the situation. Change of mind returns incur a 20% restocking fee.
To return your product, you should post the product to the Shenzen warehouse address that one member of our team will share with you after you contact us at info@seenview.com. Once our team sends you the returning address, you have 10 days to post the item and share with us the tracking number. If you do not ship the product within 10 days you receive the email; we consider your refund request as not valid anymore.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our warehouse.

All specifications of our products are listed on the product pages. As we are an online retailer, it is the consumer's responsibility to double-check that they indeed want to purchase the product based on the images and specifications.
Refunds aren't eligible for late deliveries due to the Covid-19 pandemic affecting potential delivery times, anything over 5 weeks (35 days) is eligible for a full refund.

WARRANTY and DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Seen products come with a 12 months manufacturer's warranty. If you believe any item is defective or damaged in transit, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us immediately at info@seenview.com. Someone from our customer support team will discuss with you and process your warranty claim if your item arrived damaged or not-functioning to your expectations.
If ever any small components are damaged due to every-day use, those are also not covered.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
All limited edition and sale items are non-refundable, as there is a strictly limited amount of stock and once they are sold out, they are sold out. We are unable to re-sell them again.
